Key Responsibilities:
Own the creation and continuous improvement of operational reports,
data visualizations, and analysis
Maintain the team's internal reporting ecosystem
Support market managers in market deep dives and provide actionable
recommendations for improving marketplace operations
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing data sets and generating actionable
recommendations
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on challenges
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence/data
visualization platforms like Tableau
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience optimizing operational processes and identifying areas
for improvement
