As a Placement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company, working closely with our account managers, brokers, and producers to provide top-notch placement solutions. This position is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. With your deep understanding of commercial lines, placements, quotes, and policy analysis, you will be a vital link in our business operations, ensuring we deliver the best possible service to our clients. Responsibilities: As a Placement Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Analyzing and reviewing policies to identify risks and ensure they align with our clients' needs. 2. Collaborating with account managers, brokers, and producers to develop comprehensive placement solutions. 3. Negotiating with carriers to secure the best terms and conditions for our clients. 4. Preparing and presenting proposals to clients, clearly outlining the benefits and costs of each policy. 5. Utilizing our agency management system to keep track of all policies, quotes, and placements. 6. Regularly reviewing policies and placements to ensure they continue to meet our clients' changing needs. 7. Preparing clear and concise statements for clients, outlining their policy details and any associated risks. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of five years of experience in commercial lines, placements, quotes, policy analysis, and placement solutions. 2. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to work with a variety of carriers. 3. Strong knowledge of risk analysis and the ability to identify potential risks in policies. 4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present clear, concise proposals. 5. Experience working with brokers, producers, and account managers. 6. Proficiency with agency management systems. 7. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review and analyze complex policies. 8. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify issues before they become problems.
