This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing renewals, and handling policy analysis. This role is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities 1. Manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines accounts, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests from clients. 3. Analyze and assess clients' insurance needs and propose suitable coverage options. 4. Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals to clients. 5. Handle policy renewals and endorsements to ensure clients' insurance coverage remains up-to-date and adequate. 6. Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondences. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and professional advice to clients. Qualifications 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing personal lines accounts, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance. 2. Proven experience in policy analysis, preparing insurance proposals, issuing COIs, and handling renewals. 3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. 4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess clients' insurance needs and propose suitable coverage options. 5. Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Current and valid insurance license. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred. 8. Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, both remotely and in the office. 9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. 10. High degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
