Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of cost accounting, and a deep understanding of the Automotive Industry. This is a permanent position with an opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making purposes Perform cost accounting and develop cost models for various products and services Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for business decisions Provide financial analysis and recommendations for capital investments, pricing decisions, and cost reduction initiatives Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Cost Accounting Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and highly organized CPA or CMA certification preferred If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the Manufacturing industry, and you possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting position.
