Job Description:
Job Description \n Collaborate with Complex Safety Manager and
facility management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve
as one of the primary contacts for any facility injury and incident
notification, investigation, and case management along with the
Complex Safety Manager. \n Maintain a written log of safety
inspection activities, reports, and correspondence. \n Coordinate
and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals. \n
Supervise Medical Offices and Medical/Safety Staff and provide
reports to Complex Safety Manager. \n Coordinate with vendors
regarding annual training and inspections. \n Create work schedules
for the Medical/Safety department. \n Complete annual BLS reporting
and maintain OSHA logs. \n Calculate weekly and monthly Dart Rates.
\n Review all Incidents and provide presentations and reports to
Complex Safety Manager. \n Conduct OSHA incident reporting and
supervise OSHA site inspections. \n All other relevant tasks as
needed. \n \n \n Bachelor Degree in an environmental or health
related science preferred. \n Knowledge of OSHA regulations and
other general industry safety practices. \n 3 years of safety
experience within a similar work environment required. \n OSHA 10
and OSHA 30 certifications preferred. \n Excellent interpersonal
communication skills. \n Proficient technology and computer skills,
including MS Office based programs. \n \n
