Job Description Job Description The Senior Accountant will play
a vital role in the financial operations of the organization. This
full-time on-site position requires a detail-oriented individual
with strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively
communicate financial information. The Senior Accountant will work
closely with the finance team, performing various accounting tasks
to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Key responsibilities
include but are not limited to: Daily bank account monitoring to
track incoming and outgoing transactions. Preparing monthly
intercompany billing statements accurately and in a timely manner.
Preparing monthly income entries in the general ledger. Reconciling
all company bank accounts monthly Assisting the Controller with
various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. Uploading and
monitoring company credit card transactions Billing clients as
requested by Staff Reviewing monthly recons Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an accounting department
environment. Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks;
strong computer skills required. Effective communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment. PBS is committed to
