experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Greensboro,
North Carolina. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who
can efficiently manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including
accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in an ERP system and a
strong understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities: •
Perform comprehensive bookkeeping duties, including managing
accounts payable and receivable. • Reconcile bank statements to
ensure accuracy in financial records. • Maintain precise and
organized accounting records for audits and reporting purposes. •
Utilize Great Plains software to manage and track financial
transactions. • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial
data. • Collaborate with team members on accounting projects and
support initiatives. • Prepare financial reports and statements as
required. • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting
standards and practices. • Proven experience as a Full Charge
Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. • Strong knowledge of
accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency
in bank reconciliations and financial record management. •
Familiarity with ERP software. • Solid understanding of debit and
credit principles. • Excellent attention to detail and
organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet
deadlines. • Effective communication skills for working with team
members and stakeholders.
