Supervisor and Apartment Maintenance Technician Location:
Pensacola, FL Employment Type: Full-Time; Contract-to-Hire Start
Date: Immediate Pay Range: $18-23/hr (Based on Qualifications) Job
Description: BGSF is seeking skilled maintenance professionals to
join our property management team in Wilkes-Barre, PA. We are
hiring for multiple roles with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications: Maintenance Supervisor $23/hr EPA certification and
HVAC license required Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in
property maintenance Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and
appliance repair Ability to manage work orders, vendors, and
maintenance staff Excellent communication and organizational skills
Apartment Maintenance Technician $18/hr 1 years of experience in
multifamily property maintenance Proficient in troubleshooting and
repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Ability to respond
to service requests and perform preventative maintenance Strong
