Use your EPA certification and hands?on maintenance abilities to keep units safe, comfortable, and resident?ready. Job Description You will perform essential maintenance tasks including HVAC service, electrical and plumbing repairs, and unit turns while ensuring high-quality service for residents. Responsibilities To perform HVAC diagnostics and repairs (EPA Type II or Universal required) To complete plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs To prepare units for move?ins and complete work orders To troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure property safety To maintain professionalism while serving residents and supporting site staff Required Skills EPA Type II or Universal certification Apartment or residential maintenance experience Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills Must have own tools Reliability, communication skills, and ability to work independently Experience with carpentry, drywall, or painting Familiarity with maintenance work order systems Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPS BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
