FIELD ADMINISTRATOR - Construction Staffing RAMS Skilled Trades We are a Skilled Trades Provider for the Construction Industry. We work with the largest and smallest contractors in the state of Florida, assisting with their manpower needs. We offer a fast-paced position with growth potential in our branch located in Jacksonville Florida. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who can oversee the operations for the branch while also connecting with our employees and contractors in the field. We offer a great benefit package for our employees: * A competitive salary and weekly pay with quarterly bonus based on revenue * Paid time off - vacation and holiday * Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance * Matching 401k Experience: * Operation of busy multi-line phone systems * Operation of general office equipment, including fax and copier * Computer operations using Microsoft Office or similar software * Customer service * Recruiting / Staffing Experience a plus Skills and Abilities: * Ability to work effectively and successfully as part of a team * Ability to handle multiple tasks * Ability to complete assignments within time requirements * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees * Customer service - field work * Flexibility to adjust to changing work conditions, assignments, priorities * Flexibility of daily working hours, overtime may be required * Initiative to take on additional responsibilities to support company's rapid growth * Dependability and ability to follow instructions * Goal oriented Physical Capabilities: * Must be able to sit for long periods of time while covering telephones and reception area * Filing functions may require standing, bending, and/or stooping * Supplies functions may require standing, lifting, and unloading boxes * Clean driving record and maintain minimum insurance requirements * Must be able to sit for long periods of time performing computer and telephone functions. * Must be able to drive to job and recruiting sites, frequently in and out of car. * Some recruiting sites require walking long distances and/or standing for long periods of time. * Office support functions may require standing, bending, and/or stooping * Being able to adjust to outdoor temperatures If this sounds like a great position for you, please apply with your resume.
