Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a dedicated
professional to support K-12 students in a contract role based in
Saint Johns, FL. This opportunity involves providing specialized
speech and language services across multiple school sites,
primarily serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade with mild
to moderate communication needs. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
individualized speech and language therapy to students in a school
setting. - Manage an estimated caseload of approximately 60
students, adjusting as needed based on school assignments. -
Coordinate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
to develop and implement effective treatment plans. - Maintain
accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and
state regulations. - Travel between multiple school locations as
part of an itinerant service model. - Ensure all therapy services
comply with applicable Florida Department of Health licensure
requirements. Qualifications and Experience: - Active Florida
Department of Health Speech-Language Pathology licensure. -
Experience working in school settings, preferably K-12. - Strong
skills in assessing and treating mild to moderate speech and
language disorders. - Ability to work independently across multiple
schools. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location: - Saint Johns, Florida (position may require travel
between multiple schools within the area) Hours and Duration: -
Contract position for the current school year. - Full-time, 35
hours per week (7 hours per day). This role offers the chance to
