Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide essential services within school settings. This
role is based in Hayden, ID, and involves traveling between
schools, offering variety and the chance to impact multiple student
communities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language
assessments to identify communication disorders in students Develop
and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to
student needs Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on speech,
language, cognitive communication, and social skills Collaborate
closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support
student progress Maintain accurate documentation and reports as
required by educational and regulatory standards Travel between
assigned schools within the region to deliver services effectively
Desired Skills and Qualifications: Current and valid
Speech-Language Pathology licensure Experience working with
school-aged children in educational settings Strong knowledge of
school-based speech therapy practices and educational laws,
including IDEA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage caseloads efficiently across multiple locations
Flexibility and willingness to travel as part of the role Location:
