Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Male Behavior Aide position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Birmingham, AL. This contract role spans the current school year, offering 37.5 hours per week over a five-day schedule. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in behavior support to positively impact student development within the school environment. Key responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting students with behavioral challenges, and collaborating with educators and clinical staff to foster a conducive learning atmosphere. Experience working within schools and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques are essential for success in this role.
