Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A specialized
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
with credentials including CCC-SLP and experience in school
settings. This role supports a learning center caseload in Oneonta,
Alabama, focusing on a diverse group of students with a high need
for speech-language services. Position Details: Location: Oneonta,
AL Setting: School-based, onsite with potential for flexible
scheduling arrangements such as VOCO or hybrid Duration: Immediate
start through May 23, 2026 Caseload: Approximately 49 students,
primarily in 5th grade or below, with some high school students
included Schedule: Part-time, 4 days per week from 7:30 AM to 2:00
PM Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Alabama SLP
licensure required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
preferred Experience working with school-aged children in
speech-language pathology Ability to manage a caseload with diverse
needs, including high-needs student populations Strong
interpersonal skills for collaborating with educational staff and
families Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language
evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans Implement
evidence-based interventions for students with speech and language
impairments Maintain detailed records and progress reports in
compliance with school policies Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and other professionals to support student success Participate in
ongoing professional development and team meetings This position
