Job Description:
Turnaround Cost Analyst I Rate : $45-$55 Company : Enterprise
Products Operating LLC Location : Mont Belvieu, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days (6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)
Additional Hours: Pre-TAR & Post-TAR: 5 days/week, 10 hours/day
During Turnaround: 6-7 days/week, often 10-12 hours/day Overview
The Turnaround Cost Analyst I supports turnaround cost supervision,
coordinators, and project managers in managing TAR costs during all
phasesâ??planning, execution, and post-turnaround. This role
ensures accurate cost tracking, reporting, and compliance with cost
control principles. Responsibilities Validate vendor quotes and
maintain purchase order logs. Set up vendors in ATOM and issue
requisitions. Verify master service agreements and staffing plans.
Compile daily force reporting and maintain accurate employee
rosters in ATOM. Track daily labor, per diem, equipment, material,
and shopwork costs. Perform weekly reconciliations with vendors and
monitor incurred costs vs. PO values. Enter PO change order
requisitions and monitor burn rates to support forecasts. Validate
ATOM data against Oracle data and approve invoices. Confirm final
costs with vendors and close purchase orders post-turnaround.
Participate in cost meetings and assist with ad hoc requests.
Develop and document process improvements and act as point of
contact for assigned vendors. Qualifications High school diploma or
GED required; college coursework or a degree preferred. Minimum of
5 years' experience in administrative, cost tracking, or project
controls roles within oil & gas, petrochemical, or turnaround
environments. Strong understanding of turnaround lifecycle and cost
control principles. Hands-on experience with ATOM, Toadfly, IPS,
and Oracle E-Business Suite (financial module preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with VNDLY
as a Vendor Management System (VMS) is a plus. Ability to work
independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving
environment. Strong interpersonal skills to build effective
relationships with internal teams and external contractors. With
