Job Description Summary: Perform maintenance, rebuild and repair of all equipment and devices. Able to work in a team environment. Strong skills in trouble shooting and problem solving. Must have a structured work ethic. Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to policies, daily work place organization & housekeeping; health and safety commitment; personal cleanliness & appearance; attendance & punctuality plus 100% first time quality commitment. Maintenance of machines and devices and high bay storage Fault diagnosis for all systems and devices Troubleshooting and repair of all production machines and devices Must be able to research and order consumable and spare parts to the Team Lead accordingly Suggests spare parts and equipment for in house fabrication Documentation regarding existing form sheets and requirements In addition to the duties of the job holder, the technician is also required to react to the needs of the company as prescribed by management, in order to ensure the success of this and our customer's business General fabrication such as racks, work-tables or shelves, as well as reading blue prints in that process Must be able to maintain all floor support equipment Repair of hydraulic and pneumatic line Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Required: Proficient reading electrical, mechanical drawings/schematics PLC troubleshooting experience Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical systems Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic control systems experience operating mills, lathes, drill press, manual welding, surface grinders Experience single and three phase power systems Proficient in MS Office Forklift certification Associate---s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Three (3) to five (5) year related experience and/or training Job Type: Full-time EEO Employer Company Description The Boysen Group is a specialist in exhaust technology and one of the fastest growing suppliers to the international automotive and commercial vehicle industries.
