Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a steel
manufacturing company in Birmingham. This full-time, salaried

product line. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain standard
operating procedures (SOPs) Optimize production workflows using
lean manufacturing techniques Implement and uphold quality and
safety standards Train and support production staff Contribute to

Experience Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent
experience 3 years in manufacturing (metal fabrication preferred)
Knowledge of welding, machining, forming, and lean methods Skilled
in problem-solving and team training CAD and ERP software
