Experience Main Responsibilities: Routine maintenance: Cleaning
coils, replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, and
inspecting components. Troubleshooting & repairs: Diagnosing issues
with heating or cooling systems and fixing problems like broken
thermostats, leaks, or faulty wiring. System inspections: Ensuring
everything is working safely and efficiently, often as part of
seasonal checkups (especially before summer or winter). Installing
equipment: Setting up new HVAC units, ductwork, thermostats, or
ventilation systems. Testing & calibrating: Making sure systems are
properly balanced, airflow is correct, and everything meets
regulations. Updating logs & reports: Documenting what was done,
