Dynamic leadership Job Details Responsibilities: As a
Water/Wastewater Technical Leader, you will be responsible for: 1.
Managing and leading water and wastewater projects, ensuring they
are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. 2. Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including
engineers, scientists, and other technical staff to ensure smooth
project execution. 3. Using AutoCAD to create detailed design plans
and specifications for water and wastewater projects. 4. Conducting
feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates for
proposed projects. 5. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and
regulatory bodies, maintaining open and effective communication
throughout the project lifecycle. 6. Providing technical expertise
and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and
innovative work environment. 7. Monitoring project progress,
identifying potential issues or delays, and implementing corrective
actions as needed. 8. Ensuring all projects comply with local,
state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Water/Wastewater
Technical Leader role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental
Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional
engineering (PE) license is strongly preferred. 2. A minimum of 5
years of experience in the water/wastewater engineering industry,
with a proven track record of successful project and people
management. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design
software. 4. Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment
processes, design standards, and regulatory requirements. 5.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead
teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time. 6. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members. 7.
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle complex
engineering challenges and find innovative solutions. 8. The
ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing
