Strong compensation Excellent benefits Career growth 401k OT Job Details Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring they function properly and meet safety standards. Work with PLCs, diagnosing and fixing issues to minimize downtime and maintain high productivity. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed, and quickly resolve issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify potential areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and safety activities. Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve our operations. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience with equipment maintenance, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and PLCs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems. Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical team members. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions. Availability to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours.
