OUR IDEAL HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - APPLIANCE REPAIR SPECIALIST We're looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician - Appliance Repair Specialist that has excellent problem-solving skills, can easily build rapport with customers, pays close attention to detail, and can meet the following requirements: HVAC experience Ability to move and lift objects up to 75 lbs. Valid Alabama driver's license and a good driving record Willingness to travel Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and computers YOUR DAY-TO-DAY This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . We never require weekends, but weekend work is available upon request ! There are no late nights or emergency calls for this position. In this position, you respond to service calls by visiting clients' homes, equipped with your expertise and tools, to diagnose and fix appliance issues. You deliver top-notch customer service by effectively communicating with clients, restoring their equipment in a timely manner, and providing guidance on proper maintenance. Your meticulous documentation of completed work and preparation for upcoming appointments, combined with your satisfaction from problem-solving and working with a great team, make you an essential and valued member of our team!
