Job Description Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical and automated production equipment to ensure reliable system operation. Design, modify, and maintain PLC control logic and support HMI/SCADA system configuration to improve functionality and operational efficiency. Create and update E-CAD electrical schematics and support equipment commissioning and system start-up activities. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to resolve recurring electrical and automation system issues. Coordinate technically with external vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with electrical standards, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures. Maintain accurate technical documentation, maintenance records, and repair logs related to electrical and automation systems. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Knowledge of job application and work station layout. Excellent communication skills and team building philosophy. Education/Training: Associate of Applied Science degree preferred. 4 years or more hands on experience in a manufacturing facility. High School Diploma/GED Software skills preferred: MS Word x PowerPoint MS Excel x MS Access MS Project
