Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Program
Manager! This is a Hybrid position in GSBO. 12 month contract role
with flexibility to extend! Summary: Seeking a temporary Program
Manager to support the Product Realization Team with planning,
tracking, and delivering key initiatives. Role requires strong
organization, follow-through, and stakeholder coordination. Works
independently with moderate guidance. Key Responsibilities: · Plan,
monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through
completion. · Build and maintain detailed project schedules,
trackers, timelines, and follow-up summaries. · Coordinate with
cross-functional stakeholders; prepare status updates and action
logs. · Support budget tracking and resource allocation. · Identify
risks/issues and assist in mitigation. · Ensure project
deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree. · 2–4 years of
project/program management experience. · Strong skills in
scheduling, project documentation, and stakeholder management. ·
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and
communicate clearly. Preferred Experience: · Experience in product
development, product research, R&D, or innovation environments.
