Job Description:
You will be a project manager and security integrator for the
Troy Security Team. You will be responsible for ensuring enterprise
security standards and requirements are effectively integrated
across the Troy site. What You Will Be Doing This role serves as
the connector between enterprise security, facilities, programs,
the FSO, and the SAP Security Manager to ensure requirements are
identified, translated clearly, and implemented consistently. This
position also leads emerging security technologies and manages
budget and invoicing for security related projects. This role
addresses priorities including IDS conversion, design review
coverage, UL oversight, and shared AA&E compliance. Your
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Integrate
security standards into new projects, expansions, and emerging
programs. Lead the IDS conversion project, managing schedule, cost,
and communications. Oversee UL system compliance and alarm system
contractor performance. Partner with FSO and SAP Security Manager
to ensure audit readiness and consistent UL application. Manage
budget, invoicing, and financial forecasting for security

U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires
special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a
secret clearance. A company?sponsored interim secret clearance is
required to start. Basic Qualifications • Must be a U.S citizen and
be able to obtain an interim secret clearance after accepting and
before starting a role • Experience leading or integrating security
requirements into projects • Demonstrated cross-functional
coordination across multiple stakeholders • Ability to operate
independently in ambiguous environments • Strong communication,
critical thinking and problem solving skills • Strong presentation
skills • Leadership experience • Ability to translate technical
requirements into actionable project inputs • Background in
security, risk management and/or facilities Desired skills •
Experience supporting IDS, access control, or enterprise security
technology • Experience participating in construction design review
processes • Familiarity with UL • PMP Certification • Experience

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
