BFG3 Tuscaloosa FacilityMISSION :Within his/her domain, the Data
Administrator is responsible for creating, updating, removing and
controlling the integrity and quality of data in the data system
applications, in compliance with the related governing rules.This
job requires specific metier knowledge depending on the domain (ex
SC/Log, Fin, Customer, Product & Services, Employee, ...).With a
good knowledge of his or her field, the Data manager can be
responsible for collecting, analyzing and exploiting available and
relevant data to improve activities steering and identify levers
for creating value for the companyKEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS* The
master data governance rules are applied in local context.* Data in
information systems are updated and compliant with Group and/or
Local requirements.* Non-qualities are detected and corrected
(accuracy, exhaustiveness, obsolescence and consistency of data).*
Data quality control is continuously improved.* Root causes of non
quality of Data are identified, analyzed and an action plan is in
place for resolution.* Best practices are formalized and shared
through the Data Administration Network.* Relevant Data to meet
customer need are identified, captured and selected* Time and
resources/tools needed to govern and analyze data are optimized*
Data are analyzed and shared in an accessible format to all through
data visualizations* Business activities have the action
recommendations they need to create value* Company offers, services
or processes are optimized through knowledge gained through data
analysis and valuation* Group prescriptions on ethics and data
