Job Description:

General Responsibility: To oversee aspects of network projects in the I.T. department, which includes but it's not limited to managing a team of to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes through completion.
Collaborate closely with the technical team and other team members to deliver various developments and implement methodologies; determine goals and strategize rollouts, releases, changes. Continuously inspecting to ensure progress remains on track. Being a hands-on on hardware/software operations as well. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs network analysis, development, implementation and documentation. Oversees and directs assigned resources to project work plans. Completes a broad array of written project documentation. Collaborates with owners on project requirements, quality, progress and users. Leads and assists I.T. team with hands on project activities. Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
Job Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field or associate's degree with comparable experience. Experience in I.T. delivery (Network, vendor management, site provisioning, etc). 5-10 years of experience. Experience in multi-stream projects preferred. Advanced computer skills and knowledge of different systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Organization and time management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally across the Peco organization. Resource planning and task scheduling skills. Travel to sites as needed for projects, repairs or emergencies.
