Job Description:

Health System along with The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) are recruiting for a board certified/board eligible Vascular Surgeon.

• Ideal candidate is experienced in open and endovascular vascular procedures and has a track record and desire to function independently in a community hospital setting.
• This position will play a key role in advancing the mission, operations and service of the UAB Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy Division while practicing and living in west central AL. Requirements:
  • The successful applicant should have an MD or DO degree
  • Be eligible for licensure in the State of Alabama
  • Currently board certified or eligible by the American Board of Surgery
  • Possess a strong record of surgical skills in both open and endovascular vascular surgery Community information: This is the regional center of industry, commerce, healthcare, and education for West Alabama.
