Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: Travel*DCH is unable to accommodate RTO requests for the following holiday dates: 11/28, 11/29, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1 Margin/OT Billing Rules - Candidates contracted for 48 hours - OT is billed after 48hrs ITC & perm staff must have been termed for at least 6 months Nursys: No hits are allowed, if there is a hit of ANY kind it is an automatic redirect Locals are welcome to submit Specialty: MS/Tele Shift: 36 or 48 hours accepted for this position - OT is billed after 48hrs for 48hrs placements Med Surg & MS/Tele Ratios: 1:5/6 with occasional 1:7. This is a fast pace/high case load facility - please ensure candidates are cleared on the job requirements prior to submitting Experience Required: 2 years First time travelers are accepted Every other weekend required Floating Required: Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses (4.5 miles away) Certifications required: BCLS Skills Preferred: Telemetry Must pass cardiac exam during orientation EMR experience required though Meditech Expanse training is covered during orientation Patient age groups: Adults and geriatrics Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short-Term Acute Care Level III Trauma Center Charting: Meditech Expanse Total Staffed Beds: 606 Scrub Color: Navy Aya Offer information: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile and confirm fit. *Aya Offer available if no RTO and clinical pass + meets specific facility requirements.
