The selected candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of cardiothoracic care in West Alabama. Position Highlights:

• Focus on advanced surgical techniques, including: - Complex aortic disease and aortic valve repair/replacement. - Minimally invasive treatment of heart valve disease and heart failure. - Catheter-based and open surgical procedures.
• Engage in research, process improvement, and quality care initiatives. Candidate Qualifications:
• Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• 5-7 years of experience in an employed or private practice setting.
• Expertise in complex aortic procedures and advanced cardiothoracic surgery techniques.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
