work. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: --- 24 months of role
experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of
Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from last
12 months. --- Experience with Meditech is preferred from any
number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Alabama
license or compact license (required for submission). --- This role
may require floating to additional units and locations --- Flu
vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for

Additional Details: A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is
required to work in acute care facilities. The following are
considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as
well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and
Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Weekends Every Other. Holidays Every. Must be willing to float to
units/hospitals - Will accept 36 or 48 hours / week. Nurses in this
area have a 1:6 ratio and provide unparalleled care to
predominately cardiac patients requiring treatment for chest pain,
shortness of breath, palpitations, or other various cardiac
arrhythmias. In addition, this unit will further provide care to a
variety of medical patients with pneumonia, GI issues, COPD,
diabetes, and occasional stroke, as well as surgical patients. Our
dedicated team of nursing and ancillary staff provide
patient-centered care to support each specialized patient's
recovery with the goal of reaching optimal patient outcomes for
all. Education - Required --- Associated degree in nursing.
Experience - Required: 2 years experience; however, will consider
18 months of experience, working under the highest level of
professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the
field of specialty. Guaranteed Hours (24/36/40): 36 Float Cost
Center: Must be willing to float to units/hospitals. 1 reference
from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver's license required Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life
Support)
