Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: --- 18 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 12 months. --- Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Alabama license or compact license (required for submission). --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities. RNs Only - All RNs are required to complete a Cardiac Exam during onboarding. RNs are allowed two attempts and must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass prior to clearance. ICU and ED RNs will also be required to take an on-site test in addition to the online pre-test. MS/TELE Pulmonary Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week. You may submit minimal RTO requests. Holidays as required. Every other weekend and holiday. Associated degree in nursing required. NURSYS required. 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty. Scrub Colors/Dress Code: Solid Navy Guaranteed Hours (24/36/40): 36 Float Cost Center: Must be willing to float to units/hospitals 1 reference from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission Driver's license required Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support)
