Job Description:
Seeking full-time and part-time Registered Nurses for a 100%
employee-owned nursing facility in Columbia City, Indiana.
Sign-on bonus offered for nurses.
Primary need on evening shifts with $3 weekend shift
differential.

Responsibilities involve providing resident care per care plans,
medication administration, vital monitoring, documentation, and
guiding nurse aides.
Opportunity to develop skills in tracheostomy, IVs, blood draws,
wound care, and medication management.
Requirements: Indiana RN license, passion for serving, strong
communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
Pay starts at $32/hour plus benefits, including health, dental,
vision, paid time off, and more.
In-person work in Columbia City, IN.
