Job Description ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its established and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Seniors in Birmingham, Alabama! Position Highlights: - Full-time Outpatient opportunity - Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients - Very Light Call Schedule - Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient - Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology - State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community Position Benefits: - Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume) - Relocation Assistance - Sign-On Bonus - Full Malpractice Coverage with Tail - Full Benefits Package - Residency Stipend - CME Stipend - Generous PTO Position Requirements: - MD or DO - Alabama Medical License (or ability to obtain) - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
