Provide direct patient care in a stepdown unit, maintaining a
nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 Monitor and assess patients with
acute conditions requiring continuous observation Administer
medications, treatments, and interventions following facility
protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and
implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate documentation
and ensure compliance with healthcare standards Respond effectively
to changes in patient conditions and emergencies Qualifications:
Current RN license with at least 2 years of stepdown nursing
experience BLS and ACLS certifications required and must be in hand
at time of submission Ability to work day shifts from 6:30 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. Permanent residence located 50 miles or more from the
facility (required for this contract) Schedule: Day shift: 6:30
a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This contract opportunity spans approximately 13
