Job Description Job Description The Pavilion at Jacksonville is seeking an experienced and steady Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department and oversee all clinical operations. This role is ideal for a strong SNF nurse leader who values teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care within a supportive, hands-on organization. Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership and direction for all nursing services within the facility Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead the facility through surveys and plans of correction Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management of nursing staff Lead infection prevention, quality assurance, and clinical audits Collaborate closely with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team Monitor clinical outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives Foster a positive, professional culture focused on high-quality resident care Qualifications: Active RN license required Prior Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, survey process, and clinical operations Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high clinical standards What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Full benefits package Supportive leadership and operational resources Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within The Pavilion organization IND456
