Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity - Tuscaloosa, Alabama We are
seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon with proven
leadership and team-building skills to join a highly regarded
community-based practice. The selected candidate will play a vital
role in shaping the future of cardiothoracic care in West Alabama.
Position Highlights: Employed position with a well-established
healthcare system. Collaborate with an accomplished cardiovascular
team, including two experienced surgeons. Opportunity to build upon
a robust cardiology and cardiovascular service line. Focus on
advanced surgical techniques, including: - Complex aortic disease
and aortic valve repair/replacement. - Minimally invasive treatment
of heart valve disease and heart failure. - Catheter-based and open
surgical procedures. Engage in research, process improvement, and
quality care initiatives. Candidate Qualifications: Board Certified
in Cardiothoracic Surgery. 5-7 years of experience in an employed
or private practice setting. Expertise in complex aortic procedures
and advanced cardiothoracic surgery techniques. Strong leadership
and collaborative skills. Dedication to clinical excellence and
