Central Alabama Advanced (ERCP required) Gastroenterology Locums
Job 100% Inpatient Coverage Jackson and Coker's valued central
Alabama client needs inpatient 24-hour call coverage starting in
January 2026 & ongoing. The client has intermittent specific
stretches of coverage detailed below that they're hoping to find 1
Physician to cover. Please review the below details & reach out to

your updated CV as well). Coverage need: 6am 1/22 (Thursday) - 6PM
1/26 (Monday) 6AM 3/16 (Monday) - 6PM 3/20 (Friday)
Details/Requirements for Assignment : " Active Alabama medical
license current Board Certification required " Location: central
Alabama " Fellowship training is preferred, but not required " ERCP
is required " No mid-level help on weekdays or weekends " Average
18-20 patients per day (to include ER response and consults) " Will
spend an average of 8-10 hours per day working in the facility
(averages collected for other LT physicians covering) " Inpatient
call coverage only (consults, rounding, emergent surgeries) " 300
bed facility, designated trauma center, Olympus 190 equipment G
