Job Description:

healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN Clinical
Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers a $10,000
signing bonus and is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of
high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. As a
Clinical Manager, you will oversee a team of nursing professionals,
coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations. Your role will directly contribute to the mission of
Aveanna Healthcare by supervising the execution of nursing
services, aiding in patient recovery, and enhancing their quality
of life. Oversee day-to-day operation of home healthcare services.
Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure top-quality care
and compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop and
implement care plans and health assessments. Monitor patient
progress and adjust care plans as needed. Manage staff scheduling,
training, and development. Ensure documentation and care procedures
meet compliance and privacy standards. Engage in community outreach
and patient-family communication. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in clinical protocols and home health regulations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Compassionate and

Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Certified Home
Health Nurse (CHHN) preferred
