Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 35401! Job Title: CICU RN Profession: RN
Specialty: Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Duration: Contract Shift:
Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty,
18 months overall experience considered License: Registered Nurse,
Alabama or compact license required Certifications: AHA ACLS, AHA
BLS, AHA NIH, PALS preferred Must-Have: Must be willing to float to
other units and hospitals. Holidays as required. Every other
weekend availability required. Description: The Cardiac Intensive
Care Unit is an 8-bed high acuity unit. The unit provides complex
monitoring and treatment of adult cardiac patients. The unit
receives patients from various areas who require specialized
cardiac care. Nurses must exhibit high levels of professional
competency. Nurses collaborate with all disciplines of the care
team. The goal is to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The team is
dedicated to making patients' experiences pleasant and comfortable.
