Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

provide essential support to students in a school setting. Based in
Wetumpka, AL, this role involves working with diverse student
populations to enhance their learning experiences through tailored
therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include: Conducting
detailed assessments to identify individual student needs.
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve
motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing. Collaborating
closely with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals
to support students' educational goals. Providing direct therapy
services within the school environment. Maintaining accurate
documentation and progress reports. Participating in team meetings
and professional development activities. Traveling between school
locations as necessary to deliver services. Desired qualifications
and experience: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working in an educational or pediatric setting. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt therapy
approaches to meet the unique needs of each student. Commitment to
supporting student success and inclusion. Reliable transportation
