Job Description A large, physician-led healthcare network in New
York’s Capital Region is actively seeking a Board-Certified or
Truly Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a growing
cardiology team serving Albany and Troy, NY . This is a
high-earning, long-term opportunity offering multiple scheduling
models, advanced cardiac services, and a strong collegial

$600,000/year Up to $125,000 in bonuses $75K sign-on $25K retention

Schedule Options (Choose Your Fit) Option 1: Weekend Rounding Only
Fri–Sun | 12 PM – 12 AM Inpatient rounding only (no clinic) Option
2: Traditional Hospital Clinic 40-hour workweek Outpatient clinic
inpatient rounding 1:5 weekend call rotation Option 3:
Hospital-Only Model 7-on / 7-off (7 AM – 7 PM) No clinic
responsibilities Team coverage days, solo evenings Clinical
Responsibilities Inpatient & outpatient non-invasive cardiology
care Hospital rounding and outpatient clinic visits Avg 20–25
patients per clinic day Shared inpatient census of 50–60
patients/day Weekend call: 1:5 rotation Rare overnight in-person
calls due to 24/7 in-house support Collaborative, team-based
cardiology practice ?? Candidate Requirements ? Board Certified or
Truly Board Eligible in Cardiology ? Board Certified in Internal
Medicine (or obtain within 2 years) ? Fellowship-trained in
Cardiology (completed prior to start) ? NY license (or willing to
obtain) ? ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA ? Clean malpractice history ? No
locums candidates ? Lapsed board certification not accepted Open to
2026 new graduates Must be willing to work across Albany & Troy
