Job Description Emergency medicine opening in Carrollton & Villa Rica, GA (Permanent)~ 40 miles to Atlanta, GAOpportunity Details:Join an established, physician-owned Emergency Medicine group with over 30 years of service to the community24-physician, 100% democratic private practiceCoverage at two emergency departments in Carrollton and Villa RicaAnnual ED volumes:Carrollton: ~65,000 visits/yearVilla Rica: ~45,000 visits/yearBoth sites are Level II Trauma facilitiesSchedule of 16 eight-hour shifts per monthMajority day shifts (approximately 14 day / 2 night shifts)Dedicated nocturnist coverage in plAdvanced Practice Providers support the departmentFull partnership track with partnership beginning in year 3Compensation & Benefits:Year 1 salary: $325,000Year 2 salary: $350,000Partnership compensation beginning year 3 (average ~$450,000)$50,000 sign-on bonus$50,000 start bonusRelocation assistance up to $14,000 (actual expenses)Benefits and malpractice coverage paid by the groupRequirements:MD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency MedicineEmergency Medicine–trained candidates onlyLocation:Carrollton, GA is located west of Atlanta and offers a family-friendly community with a lower cost of livingEasy access to outdoor recreation, local dining, and cultural eventsApproximately 50 miles from downtown Atlanta and within reach of major metro amenities while maintaining a suburban lifestyle
