Job Description Job Title: Nocturnist Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) Location: Troy, New York Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $332,800 base salary Position Overview A hospital-employed hospitalist group in Troy, New York is seeking a full-time Nocturnist to join an established inpatient team. This is a 7-on/7-off schedule with strong system support and a collaborative practice environment. Practice Details 7 PM – 7 AM schedule 7 on / 7 off rotation Closed ICU (ICU team manages ICU patients) No required procedures Nocturnists respond to rapid responses and codes Average daily census: 15–18 patients per physician APP support included Both experienced physicians and upcoming 2026 graduates working toward board certification are encouraged to apply.
