Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate
Travel Tele RN to join our team in Gadsden, Alabama. In this role,
you will provide top-tier care for patients in a telemetry unit,
monitoring their vital signs and supporting their recovery. This

Monitor patient vital signs using telemetry equipment and alert
medical staff to any critical changes. Administer medications as
prescribed and monitor responses. Assist with patient assessments
and the development of care plans. Educate patients and families on
treatment protocols, medication, and lifestyle changes. Collaborate
with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on data
observed. Proficient in using telemetry monitoring equipment Strong
assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Valid RN license BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
