Job Description:

skilled Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) for a rewarding

you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs,
interpreting telemetry data, and administering medications and

Monitor and record patients' heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen
saturation, and other vital signs. Interpret and analyze telemetry
data to detect any irregularities or changes in patients'
conditions. Administer prescribed medications and document
patients' responses. Communicate effectively with patients,
families, and healthcare team members to ensure cohesive care
delivery. Implement patient care plans and document all nursing
interventions and treatments. Respond quickly and efficiently to
emergencies or urgent issues as they arise. Strong ability to
analyze and interpret telemetry data. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in medication administration and
patient monitoring technologies. Adept at multitasking and
maintaining attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama or compact
state. Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certifications required.
