Alabama, 35401! Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse

experience in specialty; 18 months will be considered under
specific conditions License: Active Registered Nurse License (State
or Compact License) Certifications: AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, AHA PALS,
TNCC Must-Have: Must be willing to float to other units and
hospitals. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Emergency
Department Registered Nurse. This role requires flexibility to
float to other units and hospitals as needed. Candidates may work
36 or 48 hours per week. Participation in holiday shifts and every
other weekend is required. Our Emergency Department provides
comprehensive services to all age groups. The department is staffed
24/7 by a highly trained team to meet community needs. The team
includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support
staff. This position is within a state designated Level III Trauma
Center and a Level II Stroke Center. The Emergency Department
treats more than 60,000 patients annually. Nurse to patient ratios
range from 1:1 for critical/trauma patients to 1:3-4 for other
patients. An associated degree in nursing is required for this
position. Candidates must hold the required active certifications
and licensure. Experience should reflect working under the highest
level of professional license. Recent experience in the specialty
