in a fast-paced Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) environment
where critical thinking and patient-focused attention are
essential. This travel nursing opportunity offers the chance to

patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring close
monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing
care to patients in a Stepdown/PCU setting, including monitoring
vital signs, administering medications, and managing complex
patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop,
implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Recognize and
respond promptly to patient condition changes to ensure optimal
recovery. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in
compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and
families about care plans and health maintenance. Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license. Recent experience (preferably
within the last 24 months) in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit
nursing. Strong assessment skills and ability to work efficiently
in a high-acuity environment. Excellent communication and teamwork
capabilities. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS
