and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team.
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive
primary care services to patients of all ages, emphasizing
preventive care, health maintenance, and the management of chronic
conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary

1:5 with RN Triage Experienced Team : Tenured staff Growing
Community : Rapidly expanding patient base On-Site Services : Lab
and imaging facilities, specialty rotations (OB/Pulmonary),
podiatry Well-Equipped Practice : 4 providers, each with 3 exam
rooms, designated MA Your Role Comprehensive Care : Provide
outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages, including
infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Preventive
Health : Perform routine physical examinations, diagnose and treat
acute and chronic illnesses, and provide preventive care services.
Diagnostic Expertise : Order and interpret diagnostic tests,
prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals to specialists when
needed. Patient Education : Educate patients and their families
about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment
options. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical
records using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Collaborative
Care : Work with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses,
and medical assistants to ensure coordinated and comprehensive
care. Quality Improvement : Participate in quality improvement
initiatives and patient safety programs to enhance the delivery of
care. Continuous Learning : Stay current with advancements in
medical knowledge and evidence-based practices through continuing
