Job Description Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid
over 24 months POSITION SUMMARY: The Respiratory Supervisor, in
collaboration with the Director, will manage the day-to-day
clinical and program operations. Requires the ability to complete
job responsibilities that maximizes clinical outcomes, patient
satisfaction and interdepartmental workflow. Assists manager in
orientation of new employees, education, skills competency
determination, performance improvement, problem solving and
counseling, scheduling and special projects. Responsible for the
maintenance of the ABG Lab in accordance with CAP and CLIA
standards. Performs critical and non-critical respiratory care
procedures and/or diagnostics through both physician directives and
respiratory care protocols. Performs miscellaneous duties as

Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications Associate Degree in
Respiratory Care or Science Florida RRT license, credentialed by
NBRC BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Minimum Experience 3 years or more
respiratory care experience in an acute care facility. LI-RR1 Tenet
complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory
vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and
must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required
to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a
religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you
receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be
required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the
