The Good Stuff — At a Glance Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit: Rehabilitation Hall Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off Pay Range: $24.50 – $28.95/hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 Extras: Shift differential & full benefits Deliver Skilled Care. As a Day Shift LPN on our Rehabilitation Hall, you'll provide hands-on nursing care while working closely with RNs, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to support each resident's recovery journey. Position Overview: LPN – Rehabilitation Hall (Day Shift) The Day Shift LPN on the Rehabilitation Hall provides direct nursing care to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Working under the direction of the RN, the LPN supports care coordination, medication administration, and clinical monitoring to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation outcomes. Our 12-hour, 7-on/7-off schedule allows for excellent work-life balance while maintaining continuity of care for our residents.
